Kate Bernstein commissioned by Bristol University staff to make an artist’s book on physical books in the library

Kate Bernstein has just completed and delivered this beautiful one-off artist’s book about libraries to staff at the University of Bristol. Kate was commissioned to produce the book by the group of researchers from the Faculty of Arts Books research cluster for a presentation in August.

Angie Butler – alumna and current PhD student is making another book for the group as part of their long-term study of Making Books in Bristol. Angie is artist-in-residence for the project over Spring-Summer 2017.
