Kickstarter campaign by Bristol Print Collective – Printmaking Residency in Denmark

Check out the rewards and lovely video for Bristol Print Collective: Jemma, Lisa and Vicky’s Kickstarter campaign.

You can watch the video and/or support them for a fab reward here.

BPC is a group of enthusiastic printmakers whose goal is to develop their pop up workshops and offer  courses to support adult wellbeing and enhance creative education.

We hope to one day set up our own printmaking studio in Bristol to host regular and affordable printmaking courses. We have been offered a month long residency in the printmaking studio ending in an exhibition in the studio gallery. We have also been asked to run a family workshop at Hans Christian Anderson Festival at the end of August. To continue our connection with the studio we are inviting a studio member from Funen Print Workshop to take part in a residency exchange with us and visit Bristol in 2018. We will connect the artist with the Centre for Fine Print Research at UWE and Spike Print Studio. We want to offer the opportunity for other artists and students studying printmaking to learn about Funen Print Workshop and to exchange ideas and processes with an artist from another culture.”

Nice work BPC!
